this is my another FAILED cooking project, but i managed to eat half of it. beef sauce too watery and tawar. and i baked it only for 15minutes cos the cheese almost burnt, i should have baked it for 30 minutes without cheese and then baru tah top it with cheese and then bake for another 15. but not bad for first attempt :p
(1) cooking the sheets and stir frying the beef and mushrooms
(2) making the beef sauce
(3) and then layer it...beef...sheet...white sauce (sorry, forgot to take pic of white sauce: melt butter, add flour, add 300ml milk bit by bit, then add cheese)...beef...sheet..white sauce yadayadayada
(4) tadaaa....lupa kn cut the edges of the sheet, thus it's juir2. hahaha (lesson learnt: make sure sheets smaller than the bekas + bake first without cheese)
(5) ate half of it, and then the rest into the bin hahaha
