every Ramadhan, i always try to do some baking and cooking new recipes (although always fail hahahaha)...here's one of my cooking projects. This is the cheesecake bars (recipe taken from bakerella.com)
the ingredients....
(1) for the crust

(3) for the top choc ganache layer

...tadaaaa nda berapa menjadi. didnt realise my choc nda cukup, so i used nutella, so technically over butter and over sugar. thus the ganache inda menjadi and too sweet. cheesecake part nda berapa ada rasa cheese cos i used light cream cheese *doh!* rookie mistake! but hey, at least still edible
